If you don't want to go through all the hassle of modding your Switch and such idk. Took me a while to figure how everything worked properly, and I've modded many different consoles in the past. There's people out there who can install the modchip for you. You could go and get a modchip from online and get it installed. Don't bring up GameSharing just say I can't login to my account and see what they say to you. Now whether or not you truly broke the terms of service is not 100% clear to me since you basically just logged into two Switch and downloaded legitimate games from Nintendo. If your friend has a game Library and has the same Certificate as your purchase and they send that up to Nintendo's servers when playing an online game they'd know they your friend is playing a game they didn't buy on your account. And the same thing with your friend's Switch.
