The arm bands were made by cutting off the legs from a gold pair of leggings. The shooting star wand was made with a christmas tree garnish ornament and ribbon. I turned a bottle of shimmering glitter into a “stardust” necklace to accent the costume by simply hot gluing some ribbon onto the lid. (I had her wear a gold leotard under the skirt.) Simply fold the long tulle piece over the elastic and secure with hot glue. The skirt was easily made with tulle and elastic. Using ribbon and wire star tinsel, I created a fun and sparkly boutonniere that I attached to the shirt with a safety pin.
